What can nose filler change?
Filler adds volume. In selected noses it may soften the appearance of small contour irregularities, but it cannot remove tissue or make the nose smaller. A wish for a smaller nose, major structural change or improvement in breathing calls for a different assessment.
Nose filler compared with rhinoplasty surgery
Nonsurgical rhinoplasty and an operation have different limits, recovery and risks. Filler is not a substitute for every surgical goal. If your concern requires structural or functional correction, discuss assessment by an appropriately qualified surgeon. Risks that need a careful discussion
The nose is a high risk injection area. Filler can enter a blood vessel and cause tissue damage, permanent vision loss or stroke. Swelling, bruising, infection and nodules are also possible. Ask about the proposed product, alternatives, emergency arrangements and follow up. Severe pain, skin colour changes or visual symptoms after treatment require urgent medical assessment.

Can nose filler make my nose smaller?
No. Filler adds material rather than removing tissue. Any change in the appearance of proportions should not be confused with reducing nasal size.
Can I have filler after previous rhinoplasty?
Previous surgery can change anatomy and blood supply. It needs specific assessment and does not automatically mean that another injection is suitable.
